“Fresh & Orange”

Unusual fresh orange juice in the style of “Mojito”— the perfect morning cocktail “Fresh & Orange” will be a worthy alternative to traditional coffee. The bold sour taste of lime, combined with the freshness of mint and the sparkle of Borjomi, refreshes, cheers, and fills with energy for the whole day.


Recipe:

  • 150ml of fresh orange juice

  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint

  • 20ml of fresh lime juice

  • 100ml of chilled Borjomi


  Directions:

  • Method: muddle/build.

  • Serving utensils: hi-ball.

  • Put the lightly squeezed mint in the serving bowl/hi-ball. Add ice, pour in fresh orange juice, straighten out the mint with a bar spoon. Add fresh lime juice, and fill with chilled Borjomi.

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint.

  • Serve with a cocktail straw.


  Serving:

  • Wine glass on an ice sphere or hi-ball.


Important:

  • Crispy mint, quality fresh lime (do not strain).
  • Lightly tap the sprigs of mint on your hand to create a light aroma. Put the sprigs into the glass and make the composition in the serving bowl.
  • Garnish with a medium-sized mint sprig.
  • Serve with a cocktail straw.
  • Do not drizzle.
  • Only fresh ingredients. 


“Apple fresh”

Exotic and fashionable “Apple fresh”, based on the world-famous Va va Voom from Salvatore Calabrese, harmoniously combines two seasons trends— passion fruit and green apple. This elegant cocktail can be leisurely sipped with a cocktail straw during gourmet brunches, an afternoon buffet, or a pool party.


  Recipe:

  • 100ml of fresh green apple juice

  • 15ml of passion fruit syrup

  • 15ml of fresh lime 

  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

  • chilled Borjomi


Directions:

  • Method: Shake.

  • Serving utensils: hi-ball.

  • Pour apple juice, fresh lime, and passion fruit syrup into a pre-chilled shaker. Add fresh mint and beat it with ice, strain into a hi-ball with ice, and fill with chilled Borjomi.

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and fresh apple slices.


  Serving:

  • Serve with a cocktail straw.


Important:

  • 100ml of green apple fresh can get darker, use only fresh green apple. 

  • 15ml of lime fresh (only fresh).

  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint (crispy fresh).

  • Chilled Borjomi.

“Basil Fresh”

Light and fresh “Basil Fresh” is based on basil combined with the southern sweetness of pears and complemented by the freshness of citrus fruits with the play of Borjomi bubbles. The unusual taste of the cocktail is pleasant to enjoy both at music festivals and after cycling or playing sports.


  Recipe:

  • 50ml of grapefruit fresh

  • 20-30ml of lime fresh

  • 20-30ml of Monin pear syrup

  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil

  • 100ml of chilled Borjomi


Directions:

  • Method: build.

  • Serving utensils: hi-ball.

  • Put fresh basil, grapefruit fresh, lime fresh, pear syrup in a serving bowl/hi-ball, and fill with chilled Borjomi.

  • Garnish with a slice of lime and a slice of grapefruit; decorate with basil.



Serving:

  • Serve with a cocktail straw.

Important:

  • Smack sprigs of basil on your hand and put it in a hi-ball. Add grapefruit fresh, lime fresh, and syrup for ice. Fill with Borjomi.

“Lemon Squash”

The easy-to-make, spiced “Lemon Squash”, with ingredients that can be found anywhere in the world, it’s the perfect solution for a quick mid-day recharge or evening fatigue.


  Recipe:

  • 50ml of lemon fresh

  • 30-40ml of sugar syrup

  • 5-6 drops of Angoatura bitter

  • Fill with chilled Borjomi at least 100 ml (depends on the serving utensils)


Directions:

  • Method: Shake.

  • Serving utensils: hi-ball.

  • Pour lemon fresh and sugar syrup into a pre-cooled shaker and add bitter. Shake intensively, pour over a strainer into a hi-ball with ice and fill with chilled Borjomi.

  • Garnish with a slice of lemon. It's recommended to sprinkle the cocktail with grapefruit and lemon peel essential oils.


Serving:

  • Serve with a cocktail straw.

  • Necessary — only fresh, unstrained, from ripe lemons.

  • Ice – high-quality, Spanish or Japanese icemaker. (premium class)

  • Cheap (finger-shaped) ice cubes are not appropriate. They just add water and do not cool the drink.

  • 20ml of lemon fresh

  • 100ml of chilled Borjomi

  • Pour cucumber fresh, lemon fresh and sugar syrup into a pre-cooled shaker. Shake the ingredients intensively with ice. Strain into a serving bowl with ice, fill with chilled Borjomi.
